Description: This allows zero to appear anyway in a matter of seconds.
Advantages: He3 is able to confuse his enemies and appear anywhere around them.
Disadvantages: SOmetimes he does not have enough power to do it and will stumble, or he will move to fast and get dizzy so he wont move for a few moments.
